We are working with a national insurance broker who are seeking a Corporate Account Handler to join their Halifax office. This role involves supporting Account Executives with the servicing of larger and more complex corporate clients, ensuring accurate administration and a high standard of client service. The Role Provide day-to-day servicing support for a portfolio of corporate insurance clients. Prepare and issue documentation, including renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy schedules. Assist Account Executives with client meetings, including preparation of reports and presentations. Liaise with clients and insurers to resolve queries in a timely manner. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA requirements. Support colleagues with more complex cases and placement of corporate risks. Build long-term client relationships through reliable and professional service. Skills and Experience Experience as a Corporate or Commercial Account Handler within insurance broking. Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate insurance products. Ability to handle complex accounts with attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and insurers. Organised and able to manage workload to meet deadlines. Cert CII or working towards (desirable).
