Key Account Manager: Automation Solutions
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in the automation solutions sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth through effective project management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and project management, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and its regulations. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders;
* Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth;
* Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget;
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on project progress;
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. They will also have a strong understanding of health and safety protocols and be able to manage risk effectively.
Requirements include:
* NEBOSH Certificate Level 3 (General or Construction);
* SMSTS training;
* Associate of Project Safety (APS) membership;
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry;
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and manage budgets;
* Excellent conflict management, project management, and business negotiation skills.
