The Client:
A leading alternative investment management company are seeking temporary support in their Accounts Payable department.
The Role:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Processing high volumes of vendor payments (across the various UK/European operations) accurately and on tight deadlines, ensuring compliance with internal controls while adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Managing vendor inquiries end‑to‑end, researching payment status, resolving discrepancies, and communicating clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
* Operating effectively under pressure, demonstrating flexibility, attention to detail, and sound judgment while working in a fast paced, dynamic setting with minimal supervision.
* Other ad-hoc duties as required.
The successful candidate will:
* Be a self-starter and take initiative.
* Have experience working in an Accounts Payable department within the finance/asset management industry.
* Work diligently in a fast-paced environment.
* Have strong attention to detail as well as written/verbal communication skills and numerical skills.
* Have experience using Coupa, Fusion, and Jira Service Management are desirable.

* Standard hours are 9am-5.30pm, 1-day WFH
* Salary up to £20/hour plus holiday
