Your Role In The Team
Glasses are only one side of the story; excellent sales advice and customer service are the other. Our Assistant Store managers use their retail experience to assist our clientele, train our Sales Assistants and support our Store Managers. So, you will be:
* Supporting the store manager with day to day management;
* Training a dedicated team to deliver high level customer service;
* Assisting our customers - from polishing lenses over fitting frames to giving tailored style advice.
You can make a difference by employing your people skills, retail experience, and service oriented nature!

Here is what we’ll offer you as Assistant Store Manager:
* An indefinite contract;
* The possibility of an 8% monthly bonus for reaching store targets;
* 28 days holiday entitlement, 30 days after one year of service, and 33 days after two years (based on full time employment);
