We are looking for a team of experienced and committed Registered Nurses to support our service user with his complex care needs.
Meet Our Service User
Our service user is a 5-year-old boy who lives with his loving family in Blackpool and requires a dedicated care team to support his complex care needs on a 1:1and 2:1 basis throughout the day and night.
He loves the interaction and engagement with his family and care team, listening to rock music and exploring his favourite toys especially his musical bells. Our young service user thrives on love and care, creating a profound connection with those around him.
Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care, moving and handling, clinical observations and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night’s sleep, offering reassurance and comfort when needed.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Essential Experience Required
1. Current NMC PIN
2. Tracheostomy Care
3. Ventilation Management
4. Nebuliser Care
5. Gastrostomy Care
6. Epilepsy Management
We have the following shifts available
7. Part Time Nights
8. 10pm – 8am
9. 2-3 Shifts Per Week
Take a look at our pay rates
Nights: £35.00 per hour (Approx. £350 per 10-hour shift)
Bank Holiday: £40.00 per hour (£400 approx. per 10-hour shift)
