Job Description: We're hiring a Sales Administrator to join our team. We value initiative, independence, and teamwork. Responsibilities: Prepare quotes for customers as directed by the Sales & Service team. Manage incoming calls and ensure efficient internal distribution. Process orders and create job pockets for various services. Coordinate dispatch via courier services. Handle Works Orders and invoicing using CIM50 and Sage Line 50. Create dispatch paperwork and assist with translations as needed. Process credit card payments and update procedures during training. Provide administrative support for purchasing if necessary. Qualifications and Skills: Proficient with computers and software applications. Experience with Sage and similar business software preferred. Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. Previous sales administration experience preferred. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
