We’re building AI that keeps people safe across industrial environments — ports, warehouses, freight terminals and more. Our platform helps uncover hidden safety risks using existing CCTV infrastructure, reducing incidents and transforming how operations run. We're already deployed in UK & international workplaces safeguarding people and assets.
The Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, proactive SDR to help us accelerate growth. This is a great fit if you’re early in your sales career and want ownership, mentorship, and a clear growth path.
What You'll Do
* Lead outbound prospecting to target accounts
* Write smart, relevant emails that get replies
* Use the phone confidently for outreach
* Run intro calls and qualify opportunities (MEDDIC/solution-based)
* Track pipeline and CRM activity
* Collaborate with the CEO and commercial team to build scalable processes
What You Bring
* 0–2 years of B2B sales or related experience
* Strong communication and follow-up discipline
* Curiosity, coachability, and energy
* Bonus: exposure to logistics, industrial safety, or compliance-led sectors
