Role Overview
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of design and build projects from concept to completion. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you’ll coordinate design, procurement, and site activities to ensure each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the interiors and turnkey fit-out sector, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
* Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams.
* Assist with supplier and subcontractor management.
* Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
* Monitor site progress, quality, and health & safety compliance.
* Maintain accurate and organised project documentation.
* Contribute to cost control, value engineering, and client handovers.
Skills & Experience
* 3 years’ experience within design & build or interiors.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project).
* Understanding of UK construction processes and building regulations.
