Responsibilities
* Developing and delivering a clear, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned to business goals
* Leading integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, events, and creative channels
* Owning the brand calendar and ensuring all activity reflects the company’s premium positioning
* Managing external agencies, suppliers, and creative partners
* Supporting and developing a junior team member
* Taking a hands-on approach to campaign delivery, content, and brand activity
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a broad, stand-alone marketing role
* Strong campaign planning and delivery skills, with attention to detail
* Experience managing agencies and external partners effectively
* A proactive, practical approach and excellent communication skills
* A passion for quality, brand storytelling, and customer experience
Experience within luxury, lifestyle, heritage, retail, or premium consumer brands would be highly desirable, although not essential.
