As part of our close-knit team you would have the opportunity to become a specialist in this fascinating area of law, working on a uniquely varied and sometimes high-profile caseload. This is your opportunity to practice criminal defence in a truly corporate environment. Our lawyers provide national coverage for a blend of corporate and insurer backed clients. You will be joining a team of 16 fee earners preparing and progressing cases from their early investigative stages, through the enforcement process, and ultimately, to conclusion before the Criminal Courts. Typical cases include corporate manslaughter, health and safety prosecutions and environmental crime and due to the high number of fatalities we deal with you will also become proficient in representation before the Coroners Court.

We offer a range of tailored benefits and support, including healthcare, retirement planning and wellbeing initiatives. Clyde & Co is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. Our core values encourage us to support fairness, celebrate diversity and prohibit all forms of discrimination in the workplace to allow everyone to excel at work.
