Over the recent years they have grown and developed their organisation into a market leading and diverse business., Due to growth and a number of new contract wins they are recruiting for a Service Director to manage and run a portfolio of contracts across the South East. You will be responsible for a number of key areas
* Managing and leading a large-scale service team
* Full P&L ownership
* Driving, developing and nurturing customer relationships
* Responsible for all operational activities across the regions
* Ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual KPI's
* Managing any new mobilisations
* Working with customers to develop a best in class service delivery
* Training, recruitment and development of the management team
* Been ahead of the competition in terms of innovation, new technology and working practices
You will need to have a determined, professional collaborative persona and the ability to run and manage a large-scale services operation. Previous experience of managing a large P&L is vital and a client facing persona is must have.
