A community support services provider is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer. This hybrid role based out of Lowestoft involves engaging residents to support a Warm Homes programme aimed at improving energy efficiency and reducing fuel poverty. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage their own workload independently. Additional requirements include a full UK driving license and a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
