Duties & Responsibilities
* Properly loading and securing equipment and materials per Green Impressions standards.
* Deliver materials and equipment to job sites, following all safety and legal requirements as it pertains to properly securing loads.
* Run equipment on job sites as necessary.
* Work on jobsite projects as needed.
* Perform Snow Plowing & Ice Control services.
* Assist with shop/yard maintenance as needed.
* Miscellaneous errands.
* May perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Required Licenses, Certifications and Registrations:
o Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A) required.
* Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):
o Ability to pass background and drug screening.
* Physical, Mental and Visual Demands:
o Pushing or pulling of various landscaping equipment and materials.
o Safely operate hand and power equipment.
o Lift and carry up to 50 pounds using proper body mechanics.
o Push, pull, grip and squeeze various tools, products and/or items.
o Walk up to 5 miles a day, sometimes uphill and on uneven terrain, often while carrying, pushing or pulling equipment, materials or debris.
o Bend and kneel up to 9 hours or more a day.
* Working Conditions:
o Work hours vary and may exceed 10 hours per day.
o Work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, precipitation).
o Noise level may be loud at times and use of ear protection may be required.
