Job Description
As a Casino Commercial Manager, you will oversee the performance for slots, table games, and Live Casino in the UK market for some of our well known brands - Gala, Foxy and Party brands.
As our Commercial Manager, you will report to the Head of Commercial Gaming, collaborating with stakeholders within the Gaming structure and engaging with the wider business. You will be the key storyteller regarding casino performance and initiatives, managing the narrative with Casino Operational teams, Senior Management, and other key stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
* Performance Management: Own, manage, and be accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly casino performance and activity plans. Ensure that each revenue-driving component exceeds performance targets based on clear KPIs.
* Revenue: Oversee the performance of slots, Live Casino and RNG table games, aiming to surpass revenue targets
* KPI Establishment: Develop and manage a set of KPIs to monitor performance and ensure alignment with budget plans.
* Analytical Insights: Collaborate with BI, Finance, and other teams to analyse performance data and identify new growth opportunities.
* Strategic Development: Work with the Head of Commercial to create and refine the Casino plan. Align this plan with the overall Casino Strategy and the Entain Slots and Table Games Plan.
Qualifications
* Commercial Awareness and Analytical Skills: Strong KPI-focused, customer-centric, and results-oriented individual.
* Industry Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the gaming industry and major competitors.
* Market Knowledge: Experience or knowledge of the UK market is advantageous but not essential.
* Communication and Leadership: Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
* Customer Experience and Product Vision: Strong focus on customer experience and a clear vision for product development.
* Regulatory and Industry Insight: Well-versed in regulatory and industry trends, including changes and challenges.
