Overview
Mitie is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our maintenance team. You’ll carry out electrical repairs, installations, and planned maintenance across a diverse client base, ensuring safety and compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform electrical maintenance, safety checks, and PAT testing
* Complete planned and reactive tasks efficiently and on schedule
* Maintain accurate records and inspection logs
* Deliver excellent customer service and liaise with clients
* Support team members and assist with minor new works when required
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Level 2/3 City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* Experience in facilities management or service sector
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Valid UK driving licence
* Eligible for MOD and DBS clearance (must have lived in the UK for 3+ years)
* City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* IOSH or equivalent H&S qualification
* Experience in MOD environments
