Your next role
As an Account Manager within our Service team, you will be at the heart of our client relationships, ensuring every customer receives a consistently high-quality, professional service. Acting as the main point of contact for your clients, you'll play a key role in maintaining strong partnerships, resolving issues effectively and identifying opportunities to grow our relationships.
Working closely with our technical, operational and service teams, you'll help ensure a seamless experience for our clients across all contracts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building rapport, managing multiple priorities and making a visible impact on service delivery and client satisfaction.
What you will be doing
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing daytoday communication and ensuring a responsive, professional service.
• Building strong, longterm client relationships through regular meetings, site visits, calls and online meetings.
• Managing and resolving client queries and escalations, working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes.
• Reviewing service performance data and KPIs, preparing reports and documentation to support client meetings and contract reviews.
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell services and support business growth across all departments.
• Working closely with engineering, service desk, projects and finance teams to ensure contract obligations and service standards are met.
A typical week may include preparing for client meetings using system data, attending site visits, following up on actions with internal teams, reviewing service performance, and supporting clients with both proactive and reactive service needs.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a confident and organised Account Manager who enjoys working with clients and coordinating across teams. You'll have experience in a client-facing or account management role, ideally within a technical, engineering or service-based environment, but were open to candidates with transferable skills.
You will also bring:
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and calmly.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at the same time.
• Confidence working closely with technical and operational teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
• An ability to understand and interpret service data, KPIs and reports (full training provided where needed).
• A proactive, relationshipfocused approach with a genuine commitment to service quality.
• Flexibility to occasionally attend out-of-hours client events when required.
