Duties
* Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards
* Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate served
* Manage food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and proper storage procedures
* Develop new recipes and menu items to enhance customer experience
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and kitchen supplies
* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
* Train and mentor junior staff, promoting teamwork and professional development
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Skills
* Proven supervising experience within a busy culinary environment
* Extensive food production and preparation skills with a strong focus on quality control
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing kitchen teams effectively
