Research Manager - (Food, drink and personal care)

Responsibilities
* Client Management
o Act as Key Account Manager for one or several clients.
o Direct communication before, during, and after project delivery.
* Project Management
o Autonomous management, implementation and coordination of complex research projects.
o Taking client briefs and writing study proposals.
o Propose appropriate methodologies and research approaches.
o Prepare estimates for ad hoc studies.
o Contribute to negotiating contracts, specifications, technically, methodologically and financially.
o Ensure projects meet objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
o Ensure project work meets agreed quality standards.
o Report writing with storytelling.
o Presentation of results, including relevant recommendations.
o Moderate expert panel sessions for training and evaluation purposes.
o Responsible for panel performance: analysis, recommendations, and action plan execution.
o Ensuring ongoing activities and projects adhere to the company’s strategic guidelines.
* Revenue
o Share feedback with managers on client needs and potential revenue risks.
* People
o Close collaboration with the Data Solutions Hub (in‑house data analysis team).
o Work closely with other sensory and research teams and the fieldwork team.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of industry experience in market research and/or sensory research.
* Knowledge of food and/or personal care / OTC pharma products, quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies, sensory methodologies and statistics.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
* Rigorous, responsive and proactive.
* Strong organisational and planning skills, that ensure work is effectively prioritised to meet deadlines.
