This role primarily involves providing administrative support to our operational teams by carrying out procurement activities. Raise Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipt, GRIR, deal with purchasing and invoice queries across wastewater and energy contracts in the North Scotland region. Liaise with site managers, contract managers and operational teams to raise orders for operation and maintenance activities and support these teams. Manage purchasing information and work with local finance teams to support monthly financial reporting. Work with colleagues, customers and suppliers to resolve queries on orders. Support operational teams with delivery of administrative activities such as booking travel and events, managing annual health screening programmes, minuting meetings and office administration. Utilise and maintain data from a wide variety of systems including Google Suite, Workday, site data systems (Weighbridge, SCADA, telemetry) and QHSE system. Cover for other administrative staff in the area if required. What we're looking for: Microsoft Office and Google applications experience with Excel/Google Sheets knowledge essential Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment and industrial energy generation would be desirable Experience of ERP systems (Workday/Sales Force/Maximo) desirable. Full training on systems will be provided Strong organisation skills to ensure tasks are prioritised and completed with set deadlines Full driving licence Ability to communicate effectively when working remotely from the managers/functions you are supporting Previous experience working within a busy administrative role in an operational environment would be desirableWhat's next?
