We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Producer to join our team to ensure the effective end-to-end delivery of creative projects for our clients.
We hire people, not roles. The job title is listed as 'Junior Producer' to be as broad as possible. Our team is made up of extremely multi-talented and creative people who flourish in an environment where they can work across a wide range of disciplines. If you're organised, meticulous and creative—we want to hear from you!
A typical day will involve managing the production schedule, translating client briefs into actionable production plan, allocating resources for projects (such as booking external contractors), liaising directly with clients during the project to keep them updated with progress, general sales/management administration, looking after project budgets, keeping all projects on schedule, streamlining our production processes, and generally ensuring the smooth operation of the production team.
The most important attribute is having the right fundamental attitude to getting things done and to a high standard. This is a junior position, so we're looking for someone early in their career and keen for the opportunity to have an exceptionally varied role and a huge amount of autonomy to really exercise their skills.
It is a full-time and permanent position based at our studio in Bordon, Hampshire.
