General Manager - Catering
Location: Empress State Building, Central London
Hours/Contract: Monday - Friday (occasional weekends as needed)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading catering, hospitality, and client service operations
* Managing, mentoring, and developing teams across the site
* Controlling costs, GP, labour, and operational performance
* Ensuring safety, hygiene, and compliance across departments
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders, responding to feedback
* Coordinating with subcontractors and partners to meet service standards
