We're recruiting a Financial Controller on behalf of our client, an established and respected organisation at the heart of the music world. This is a senior leadership role for a qualified accountant who wants more than a steady-state controllership — someone who wants to help shape how finance operates in a business that genuinely matters to the industry.
You'll own the integrity of the financial operation end-to-end: month, quarter and year-end close, balance sheet governance, statutory and regulatory reporting, audit readiness, and cash and working capital management. You'll lead a small team, deputise for the Finance Director, and present at Board and Executive level.

You'll need:
✔ Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
✔ Proven senior controllership experience
✔ Strong technical accounting, UK GAAP/IFRS and UK tax knowledge
✔ A track record of leading high-performing teams
✔ Credibility at Board and senior stakeholder level
