Aftersales Manager Needed in Blackpool
1. Location: Blackpool
2. Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - Hours TBC
3. Salary: OTE £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Our client, a well-established and expanding automotive group, is seeking a driven and experienced Aftersales Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead established and newly launched brands within a forward-thinking and ambitious business that truly values its people.
This role will involve overseeing the smooth and profitable operation of multiple service departments, managing teams across technicians, service advisors, and support staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, customer satisfaction, and departmental growth while upholding the company’s excellent reputation.
Key Responsibilities of the Aftersales Manager:
5. Oversee and manage the daily operations of busy service departments across multiple brands
6. Ensure departmental profitability through efficient sales of labour, parts, and materials
7. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
8. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and proactive service delivery
9. Manage departmental budgets, performance targets, and operational efficiency
10. Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing and retention strategies
11. Ensure compliance with company, manufacturer, and legal policies and standards
12. Drive continuous improvement and staff development through effective training and mentoring
What We’re Looking For in an Aftersales Manager:
13. Proven experience as an Aftersales or Service Manager within the motor trade
14. Strong leadership and people management skills
15. Commercially aware with a proven track record of achieving financial targets
16. Excellent organisational and communication skills
17. Ability to manage multiple teams and sites effectively
18. Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
19. Professional, driven, and able to lead by example
