About The Role

We are looking for an outgoing Sales Advisor to support the branch by fully satisfying customer needs and contributing towards achieving sales targets.
Main Duties Include
* Developing sound customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
* Working within the sales team on product promotions, answering telephone and electronic queries
* Fully satisfying customer needs regarding parts orders and queries
* Contributing to positive team performance and working on personal sales benchmarks
* Liaising with the Distribution Co-ordinator to meet delivery requirements
* Developing product knowledge through study of internal literature
* Using E-learning portals to improve performance
Working Hours
Average of 45 hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays.
About You
Experience in telesales and/or customer service in a fast-paced sales environment is preferred.
What You'll Need To Succeed
* Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results
* Organized with great attention to detail
* Customer-focused and target-driven
* Willing to learn and develop
* Team player and independent worker
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* IT literacy
* Knowledge of car parts and systems like MAM/Allicat is helpful but not essential
