Responsibilities
* Be the face of the restaurant and ensure a smooth, controlled dining experience for guests.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant management to manage flow and guest needs.
* Work a range of shifts, with evenings and weekends typically busier; interview can discuss contracted hours and patterns.
* Contribute to a positive guest experience by delivering high standards of service.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in a waiter/waitress role or similar hospitality position preferred.
* Ability to communicate effectively with guests, kitchen, and management.
* Flexible schedule to accommodate busy periods and diverse shift patterns.
