We're looking for a Supervisor (Plumber M&E Multi-skilled) to join our Manston team based in Kent. Location: Manston, Kent Hours: 40 hours per week – 08:00–17:00 We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. What will you be responsible for? As a Supervisor, you'll be working within the Manston team, supporting them in delivering a customer-focused, cost-effective and efficient maintenance service. Your day to day will include: Planning and prioritising PPM scheduling workload for engineers and supply chain Ensuring services are delivered in line with contract KPIs/SLAs Managing daily operations of the team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance Attending client meetings and communicating updates Ensuring all monthly reports and forms are completed and submitted What are we looking for? This role of Supervisor is great for you if: You have previous experience in a similar role within technical services/property maintenance/M&E You hold a full driving licence (does not need to be UK-specific) You have relevant industry qualifications or equivalent UK standard You are a good communicator with strong computer literacy You have knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
