As our People Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for HR administration, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with employees and managers, building strong relationships and helping to create a positive employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
What You'll Be Doing Providing timely and accurate HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
Handling confidential information with discretion
Assisting with payroll-related tasks (training provided)
Maintaining HR systems and producing reports
Communicating effectively with employees and managers
Managing multiple priorities and deadlines with strong organisational skills
What You'll Bring Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR
Understanding of HR procedures and best practices
Knowledge of payroll processes (desirable, but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Confidence in handling sensitive and confidential information
Experience with HR systems and reporting tools
