Location: Coventry (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 Months Hays is working in partnership with a local council to recruit a Claims Handler to support a busy team within the Finance Directorate. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail ‑ focused, and confident about handling iing enquiries. Key Responsibilities
1. Responding to initial claim enquiries
2. Monitoring and managing the shared inbox
3. Ensuring accurate logging and updates of claim information
4. Providing general administrative support to the finance team

7. Ability to manage workload effectively
8. Confident working independently and as part of a team
9. Experience of working in a claim handler environment
