About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning and development. Your responsibilities will include: Providing tailored support to pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential. Assisting with classroom routines and behaviour management, promoting a calm and productive learning environment. Supporting teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons, helping to prepare resources and activities. Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and nurturing atmosphere that encourages pupil growth and confidence. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have previous experience working with children, ideally in a school or educational setting. Be a confident communicator who works well as part of a team. Demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection. Be enthusiastic, patient, and supportive, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
