This is a truly generalist role and a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Working within a strategically focused HR team, you will report to the HR Manager and support exciting projects as well as day‑to‑day HR operations. As an HR Advisor, these responsibilities include:
* Onboard new starters and support the recruitment and selection process
* Off‑board leavers and conduct exit interviews
* Carry out investigation meetings and disciplinaries in line with the absence management policy
* Manage offers of employment and the induction process, including references and medicals
* Support employee engagement focus groups
* Lead wellbeing initiatives for the site
* Support line managers with annual performance reviews
* Develop and deliver HR‑related training to managers
* Conduct and analyse absence management reporting and communicate trends to managers
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 3 qualified or working toward this qualification, with experience in managing low‑level ER cases or absence management, and having worked in an industry such as FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics.
