We’re recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join a well‑established and highly regarded venue on the Isle of Wight for the summer season through to the end of September. Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the kitchen:

* Work closely with front‑of‑house to ensure smooth service
