We’re working with a brilliant agency in Newcastle that’s looking for a Senior Creative with proper conceptual strength. Someone who can develop campaign ideas, craft messaging, and turn strategy into standout work across brand, digital, campaigns and more. They want someone who enjoys the pace and variety of agency life, feels at home taking a brief and shaping it into something smart, clear and creatively strong. B2C and B2B experience would be ideal. You’ll work closely with strategists, content leads and fellow creatives to make sure every piece of work has purpose behind it and quality running through it. They’re after a thinker and a maker. Someone who cares about ideas just as much as the craft that brings them to life. What You’ll Do Lead ideas – Take a brief, build the concept, and carry it right through to delivery Make it land – Turn strategy into audience-led creative that cuts through Design across channels – Campaign visuals, websites, emails, print… the lot Champion craft – Keep standards high across every output Collaborate – Work closely with developers, strategists and project teams Shape the work – Storyboard, build visual assets and apply motion principles where useful Think user-first – Create layouts, wireframes and interfaces that feel effortless to use Keep it consistent – Protect and elevate brand identity at every touchpoint What You’ll Bring Experience & craft • A strong, varied portfolio that shows big ideas and beautiful execution • 5 years in an agency or similar creative environment • Confidence across brand, digital, print and environmental design • Strong conceptual thinking and proven UI/UX ability • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Basic motion skills (After Effects) • Experience presenting ideas clearly to clients and teams Mindset & approach • Organised, proactive and calm under pressure • Detail-obsessed but still able to move at pace • A genuine team player who loves collaboration • Someone who takes pride in creating work that actually solves problems Why Join?
