Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move in Goole, as we are looking to recruit a negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full–time, permanent basis. This branch is part of National Home Move who is a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
Responsibilities
* Register customers and carry out property matches for sales and lettings properties.
* Generate and conduct property viewings.
* Negotiate offers between all parties.
* Maximise branch income with the cross‑sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
* Display excellent customer service at all times.

* On Target Earnings (OTE) pay circa £26,000 per annum.

Qualifications
* Industry experience is essential.
* Hold a full UK driving licence.
* Have access to your own vehicle.
* The role is predominantly office based.
