Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of files
* Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
* Dealing with matters in the County Court and the High Court
* Sending instructions and liaising with Counsel
* Conduct legal research
* Organise and manage case files, documents, and discovery materials
* Coordinate with clients, courts, and external parties
* Support our solicitors in trial preparation and administrative tasks
