Production Supervisor
Location: CV2, Coventry
Pay: £16.92 per hour
Hours:
* Standard shift: 07:00-15:00
* Must be flexible when required (e.g. 08:00-16:00)

We are recruiting an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team of fabrication operators within a busy production environment. This role is purely production-focused and does not involve warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise fabrication operators, including managing ER-related issues
* Ensure all work is completed in line with agreed health & safety and quality standards
* Oversee production operations, ensuring people and materials are in the right place at the right time
* Ensure quality checks are carried out, with actions followed through
* Troubleshoot machinery and product issues alongside the team
* Drive continuous improvement on the workshop floor
* Ensure production targets are met and take action when performance falls behind
* Manage consumable stock levels and ensure timely reordering
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in a production supervisory role (essential)
* Manufacturing or fabrication background
* Strong people management skills, including ER matters
* Hands-on and proactive approach
* Good understanding of production health, safety and quality standards
