Who we are looking for We’re looking for an admitted Solicitor or CILEx with at least 3 years’ experience handling a full EL/PL and fast track caseload. You’ll be confident managing cases from start to finish, including: Issuing and serving proceedings Reviewing and responding to defences Navigating court directions and interim applications Instructing counsel and supporting trial preparation Your strong legal acumen will be matched by your ability to communicate with empathy and clarity.
