Digital Business Analyst
Bury St Edmunds (hybrid working 2 times a week)
£55,000 + benefits
We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join a large, fast-paced organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. In this role, you will help shape how technology supports operational teams by translating business needs into clear, practical digital solutions.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to analyse processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of improvements that enhance both operational efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver business analysis across a portfolio of projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Work with stakeholders to understand objectives and define detailed business requirements
* Analyse existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
* Document functional, non-functional, data and reporting requirements, including as-is and to-be processes
* Support project teams in planning business change and shaping future business processes
What We're Looking For
* Experience delivering business analysis across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Understanding of digital technologies such as integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and web/app platforms
* Ability to identify practical digital solutions aligned with business and technology objectives
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
