This a superb opportunity to join one Oxford's best loved restaurant groups. We are in search of a fantastic Sous Chef to work in our well-established restaurants. Your role will be to support our Head Chef across both sites in all aspects of kitchen management in our busy fast paced pizzerias. Over the years Mamma Mia has become an Oxford institution and was awarded ‘Best Independent Pizzeria in Britain’ back in 2016 by the British Pizza & Pasta Association. Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar fast paced style kitchen with a great eye for detail. All our pizzas are made fresh daily along with our sauces. Not only will you need to lead and inspire your team you will also need to deliver fantastic food and kitchen management.
