Job Overview
1. Provide timely and accurate advice to meet HSE targets and project goals.
2. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company standards.
3. Support the Engineering Manager in identifying and fulfilling training needs.
4. Acts as a key liaison between project demands and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance.
Main Duties
5. Project Supervision: Lead and deliver small-scale projects from planning through execution.
6. Team Development: Provide training and guidance to team members as needed to maintain high performance and compliance.
7. Quality Assurance: Review and verify paperwork and service standards completed by the team to ensure accuracy and consistency.
8. Personal Development: Identify your own training needs and communicate them to the Engineering Manager for support and development planning.
9. Implement and manage all HSE policies, processes, and systems within the project.
10. Ensure HSE systems meet the operational needs of the project.
11. Maintain up-to-date COSHH assessments and risk assessments.
12. Review and create Risk and Method Statements.
13. Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and company Health & Safety policies.
14. Attend and facilitate on-site health and safety meetings and presentations.
15. Report accidents and incidents in accordance with legal and company procedures.
16. Ensure compliance with Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
