The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or young professional who is eager to learn and grow into a managerial role in the future. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple aspects of the business, including:
* Conducting site surveys and assisting in solar PV system design
* Preparing handover documentation and certification
* Supporting project management and office operations
* Handling minor IT tasks and helping with website and social media marketing
* Getting involved with sales and customer interactions
* Contributing ideas to improve processes and customer experience
What We're Looking For:
* Educated in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy (degree level)
* Good computer skills (MS Office, email, internet, and basic troubleshooting)
* Enjoy working with people and collaborating across teams
* Smart, driven, and hardworking with a positive attitude
* Interest in renewable energy and sustainability
* Ambition to grow into a managerial role
