Job Title: Commercial Manager - Drylining Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Responsibility of the Quantity Surveyor - Drylining Specialist:
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring commercial success across a portfolio of Drylining projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates for a variety of drylining projects
2. Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial reporting
3. Conduct feasibility studies and advise on project viability and cost planning
4. Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions
5. Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract negotiation processes
6. Develop and implement effective cost control strategies throughout project life cycles
7. Maintain detailed and accurate project financial records
8. Support and advise on contractual matters, claims, and dispute resolution

Requirements:

9. Strong experience in cost management on construction or refurbishment projects
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
11. Strong background in Drylining Packages (5 years minimum)
