Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with clients, providing them with exceptional legal advice to achieve the best possible resolution. You’ll be a key player in the Serious Injury team, regularly contributing to area meetings and ensuring team objectives are met. As an experienced solicitor within Serious Injury, you’ll have the opportunity to train and mentor others in your team, with support and direction to help you do this.
1. Take instructions from clients and give legal advice.
2. Manage your own caseload while assisting Partners and senior team members on high-value cases.
3. Review cases and other relevant matters with your supervisor to ensure quality legal advice is provided
About You
4. 1-5 years PQE in Serious Injury
5. Good commercial awareness, and the confidence and willingness to actively engage in business development to continue to build the team’s profile
6. Current Practising Certificate
7. Ambition, energy and enthusiasm for Personal Injury Law
8. Empathy and compassion to help guide our clients through challenging personal circumstances
