Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in establishing Analytics Governance or EUC Governance frameworks. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as BCBS239 principles and knowledge of data regulatory compliance in the financial sector. Experience with cataloguing tools like Collibra or Apparity. Strong project management skills, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. Experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI and Tableau is desirable. Solid understanding of data management concepts and data lineage is desirable. Responsibilities: Establish and promote Analytics Governance standards across our organisation. Identify, document, and manage Key Data Uses (KDUs) and End User Computing (EUC) tools. Perform gap analysis and drive remediation activities to ensure compliance. Build and maintain data and analytics catalogues. Collaborate with stakeholders across all business areas to embed governance best practices. Help educate stakeholders on the importance of analytics governance and support a culture of openness and transparency. The role is based in London with onsite work required three days per week, offered on a contract running until 31/03/2027 and inside IR35.
