Parts Sales Executive
Location: Buckingham

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 + bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

About the Role
This is a newly expanded position within the company’s Sales Department, focused solely on driving growth in the Parts Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing parts sales, delivering excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue within this key business area.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and issuing parts quotes, and proactively following up to convert to orders
Sourcing non-standard or special order parts as required
Liaising closely with internal purchasing and technical teams to ensure product availability
Maintaining and updating parts manuals and resources for internal and external use
Actively prospecting new business opportunities to expand parts sales
Negotiating orders and pricing to maximise profitability
Staying informed on developments from the R&D team to better support customer needs
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably B2B
Strong commercial acumen with a proactive sales mindset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Background or keen interest in engineering, technical products, or mechanical industries
High level of autonomy and initiative; comfortable making independent decisions
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiriesBenefits & Package
