The Role
As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will:
* Handle your own caseload of complex disputes, including:
o Contractual disputes
o Corporate and shareholder disputes
o Insolvency matters
o Insurance litigation
o Professional negligence
o Procurement challenges
* Work closely with Partners on larger, high-stakes High Court litigation
* Attend and prepare for lengthy trials and hearings
* Be supported in your development with structured training and mentoring
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified solicitor with 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
* Have experience in High Court litigation and strong advocacy skills
* Demonstrate excellent academics and a solid training background
* Be confident managing a small caseload independently, while also contributing to larger team matters
* Have a genuine interest in dispute resolution and a proactive approach to client care
