Staff AI Engineer – Agentic / AI Agents – Exciting Deep Tech Scale-Up
About the Role
Staff AI Engineer required to join a fast-growing Deeo-Tech scale-up to architect and scale a next-generation AI agent / agentic platform. You’ll define the agentic AI stack, enabling teams to build, deploy, and scale AI agents in production. This is a high-impact, hands-on role shaping AI agents, agentic workflows, and platform infrastructure from the ground up. You’ll lead both strategy and hands-on delivery .across complex agentic systems.
What You’ll Do
* Own the architecture of a production-grade AI agent platform powering advanced agentic applications.
* Build and scale AI agents / agentic workflows with reliability, transparency, and performance in mind.
* Drive best practices for AI agents in production, including evaluation, observability, and cost control.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable AI agent systems for real-world applications.
About You
* You’re a Staff-level AI Engineer with deep experience building AI agents in production.
* Strong expertise in agentic architectures (chains, tools, memory) and modern AI agent frameworks.
* You understand the realities of AI agents - non-determinism, evals, and scaling challenges.
* Background in software engineering (Python / Go) building platforms for AI agents / agentic systems.
* You’ve iterated on and improved AI agents with clear commercial impact.
* Broad understanding of infrastructure concerns around AI agent platforms (SRE, auth, reliability).
