Due to increased customer demand and expanded production schedules, were now recruiting Skilled Machine Operatives to join our growing factory team across both day and night shifts. These are full-time, permanent roles, working 45 hours per week, with a premium rate paid on hours worked over 46. What youll be doing Required to pick product, assemble customer orders, label and check orders for hauliers for delivery to customers. Your role is critical in ensuring the factory meets all of its delivery and customer service obligations. You will Operate plant, equipment and systems for the picking and assembly of individual customer orders. Work closely and effectively with Drivers, Despatch Operatives, Technical and Despatch Management Ensure the correct despatch adjustments are actioned and orders are loaded safely and correctly onto lorries. Be accountable for ensuring all documentation is accurately completed. Working hours Youll work 5 days over 7, Monday to Sunday, as part of a 45-hour working week. Shift times vary with production demands, but a typical day looks like 8:00am 6:00pm.
