You must have childcare experience such as babysitting, but no professional qualifications are needed for this role. Hourly rate from up to £14.50 p/h dependant on qualifications, and experience! Job Role as a Flexible Nursery Practitioner: As many hours as you need, we can offer up to 45 hours per week. Most nurseries are open 8-6, Monday- Friday. Unlike some agencies KiddyKare dont use an umbrella company. We pay the employe rs pension, income tax, and employer NI. This means the hourly rate offered is the amount you receive in your bank account minus government deductions, this will be clear and correct with HMRC guidelines.
