A successful family-owned building company specialising in insurance repairs are seeking a Joiner to join their team working across the North East due to increase in volume of work through long term clients.
As the Joiner you will:
* Be responsible for completing primarily domestic insurance repair works as per the job card instructions.
* Complete works to a high standard efficiently, maintaining health and safety on site, liaising with other trades and customer satisfaction.
* Fit full new kitchens and kitchen repairs.
* Carry out all aspects of 2nd fix joinery.
* Studwork, subfloor replacements, insulating properties.
* Prepare site for safe working.
* Have occasional elements of custom joinery.
* Strip out properties in preparation for building works.
* Assist other trades to complete works as required.
We are looking for a Joiner with the following:
* Demonstrable proven track record in a similar role working in occupied domestic environment.
* Experience in all aspects of 1st & 2nd fix joinery.
* NVQ 2 qualified or qualified by experience.
* Full valid driving license due to the nature of the role.
* Professional, be able to self-manage and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Able to demonstrate the ability to work as a team and excellent communication skills.
In return you will receive a salary up to £38,000 per annum (40 hour week) plus overtime at time and a half, company pension and company van dependent upon experience.
