Role Overview
The E-commerce Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketplace marketing strategies to increase product visibility, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise product listings across online marketplaces to improve search ranking and sales performance.
* Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase product visibility on marketplace platforms.
* Plan, execute and optimise digital advertising campaigns including marketplace promotional tools and PPC campaigns.
* Analyse marketplace performance metrics, including sales trends, customer behaviour and advertising results.
* Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies and market trends to maintain competitive positioning.
* Develop promotional campaigns, discounts and seasonal marketing initiatives to increase online sales.
* Produce performance reports and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and revenue growth.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, pricing updates and inventory coordination.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* Experience managing e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay or Etsy.
* Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and online advertising strategies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
